Go4schools Homework Sheets

As part of our commitment to inform parents/carers about students’ progress whilst at Woodbrook Vale, we have an on-line internet based package that allows you to access your child’s timetable as well as, attendance, behaviour, assessment data and homework.

This package is called Go4Schools and will allow you to see:

  • How your child is progressing towards their target grades
  • Current attainment data
  • Attendance summary information
  • Reward points
  • Tracking reports – which will be published via Go4Schools each term
  • Results Achieved
  • Homework

Go4Schools makes use of your email address in order for you to register with / log on to the site.  You can only use the email address that is registered with the school, as this information links to your child.  If you need to update your email address we have on record please do not hesitate to contact us.

Parents follow this link: https://www.go4schools.com/parents/

Parents will need to log on as a first time user.  Type in your email address (that is registered with the school) and request a password.  You will receive a password to your registered email account after which you can use your registered email and newly supplied password to log on to the Go4Schools parent site.

You can then change your password to something more memorable using the ‘My Settings’ section of the website.  If you haven’t registered your email address with school, you won’t be able to log on until you have contacted us and registered an email address.

A step by step guide to using Go4Schools for parents can be found below.

We will be launching Go4Schools this term. Teachers will be using the system from Wednesday 7th September, we will open it up to students on the 19th September and then parents on the 26th September.

This online system will enable you to have access to timetable, attendance and behaviour information and after half-term the most recent progress data too. You will be able to see:

  • INSPIRE points and other behaviour information.
  • Timetable.
  • Attendance statistics.
  • Homework with tasks, deadlines and completion history.
  • Mock exam grades.
  • Target, current and predicted grades and annual reports.

Logging on to the system is simple. Visit the https://www.go4schools.com and click on the Parent or Student button at the top right hand side of the web page – follow the instructions for a First-time User. Students must use their school e-mail account and parents the e-mail account registered with the school.

If you have not added your email address to the contact form or need to update the email address we hold for you, please send a letter to reception with your child in an envelope. This should include your email address and it must be signed.

We will continue to use the student planner alongside Go4Schools in the medium term whilst we get used to the new system, and our aim is to reduce the number of paper copies of data sheets and reports as the year progresses. Current and Predicted grades will be updated by teachers after each half-term and all mock and exam data will be available following exam sessions.

We hope you enjoy using this on-line system.
